Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take vehicles to the stall area once a work order has been received from the dispatcher.
• Perform all services listed on the work order with accuracy and attention to detail, following dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose customer concerns accurately and efficiently, then perform authorized repairs.
• Obtain all necessary parts from the Parts Department.
• Label and set aside replaced parts for return when requested by the customer or required for warranty work.
• Notify the service advisor immediately of any changes to the work schedule, including jobs requiring more or less time or tasks that are no longer needed.
• Document all work performed.
• Conduct road tests as needed to ensure repairs have fully resolved the customer's concern.
• Perform and participate in quality inspections of all completed work.
• Attend all required training classes.
• Stay up to date on the latest factory technical bulletins.
• Ensure customers' vehicles remain clean throughout the service process.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Comply with all federal, state, local, and other regulations related to automotive service and repair.
