  We were looking for a new truck last week and happened into Findlay Toyota of Prescott and spoke with Marco Palacios in Sales. He was really great to work with, he listened to BOTH of us and showed us what they had on the lot and luckily they had what we wanted, a new Tundra pick up.

  Best car buying experience ever! Smooth sailing from the time I walked into the door until the end when I walked out with keys to a new vehicle. No pressure sales whatsoever. Alan Hoover was not only very knowledgeable in Toyotas; but in cars in general and the whole car buying process.

  I was on the hunt for a 2021 Sienna Platinum, which is very difficult to find at a reasonable price in my local area of Southern California, so I started widening my search to include surrounding states. I came across Findlay Toyota of Prescott and e-mailed them and promptly received a response from Anne Sostman.

  Everyone at Findlay is very helpful and friendly. We just bought a new(used) Tacoma and couldn't be happier. Our sales person Michael Soumokil was great. After the sale we worked with David in service and got everything additional that we needed. He was great to work with. Also want to give 5 stars to our usual service guy Nathan. He does whatever it takes! Great place to take our trucks for maintenance.

  This review is for my service advisor, Chelsea. I have been into Findlay 4 or 5 times, and have learned that getting the right service advisor makes all the difference. I will not come in if she is not here. The couple of times I have had to work with someone else have been sub par, to put it nicely. Chelsea bends over backwards for her clients, is always happy and helpful and will make sure the job gets done CORRECTLY! Thanks for the hard work, Chelsea. It does not go unnoticed!!

  We had an airbag recall on our 2014 Toyota Sienna minivan and they are going to fix it for free and they also gave us a truck to use in the meantime.

  25k mile service on my 2018 RAV4 Hybrid - appointment at 7am, they confirmed by text twice before hand (nice reminder!). Service Tech Miguel was friendly and knowledgeable. I waited while the service was performed. Was in and out within 1 hour. They are spot on with COVID safety, hand sanitizers handy, spotless bathroom, even plastic covering over steering wheel when I got into the car to leave! Very pleased, as always, with the level service and professionalism this dealer shows it’s customers.

I think I have probably had it serviced more often than necessary because I drive very little, but wanting to keep the warranty in good standing, I’ve brought it in every time I’ve been called.
